DossierCFO support path.
Support
DossierCFO support is handled through direct channels with Focus Digital.
Use info@focus-digital.it with subject prefix Support unless a direct advisor/customer agreement provides a different channel.
What to include
To speed up diagnosis, include where available:
- Analysis, report, or export ID shown in the app.
- case ID when the advisor or Focus Digital support thread provides one.
- Document, OCR, evidence, or report state.
- Visible error category.
- Date and time of the issue.
Do not send raw files, credentials, tokens, tax IDs, IBANs, or document content through unapproved channels.
Escalation metadata
Support telemetry uses sanitized categories only: hashed analysis/evidence keys,
issue category, severity, source surface, and support path. It must not include
raw file names, emails, VAT IDs, IBANs, document content, provider prompts,
tokens, or storage URLs.
SLA
Any SLA is defined in the direct agreement with the advisor or customer.
